Executive Administrative Assistant
Post & PostLooking for someone that is self-sufficient, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ready for a long-term career position. Candidate must be able to remember and meet deadlines. This position reports to the Owner.
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Managing correspondence between owners and team members as requested
- Procuring and maintaining detailed records of base badging for field employees
- Packing and shipping of materials
- Managing prospective employee onboarding process, New Hire reporting
- Ensuring adequate office supplies
- Managing employee benefits, coordinating with management, providers, and employees
- Bookkeeping support as requested
- Maintaining fleet vehicle maintenance records and arranging maintenance
- Errands as needed
- Special projects as needed
- Filing and Organizing
- Other duties as requested
Ideal candidate will have these qualifications:
- Clean and valid Driver's License
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented Complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
