As our business expands, we’re looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to handle our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for financial record-keeping, office administration, purchasing, and helping our team stay organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Finance

  • Maintain and manage QuickBooks Online
  • Process accounts payable & receivable, including reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Handle payroll processing and assist with tax filings
  • Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Work with external accountants for tax preparation

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
  • Manage contracts, invoices, and client billing
  • Organize employee records, benefits, and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating team schedules
  • Order office supplies and manage IT asset tracking

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping, office management, or a related role
Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), or similar tools
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using business/financial software and learning new platforms quickly
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills

Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in IT, MSP, or a tech-related environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
