Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer email and telephone calls.
- Keep files orderly and up to date.
- Scanning and emailing documents.
- Follow up with customers and vendors.
- Maintain office supplies and materials.
- Onboard new employees.
- Maintain organized records and files related to HR functions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative procedures.
- Any other tasks that will promote team work and support to the overall company goals.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- HR Experience
- Comfortable with multitasking.
- Strong conflict management skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Proficient in using ADP or similar payroll systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
