We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service, scheduling, and maintaining records. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Light accounting duties such as creating and following up on invoices and accepting payments.
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform general office duties such as typing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Act as a personal assistant to management as needed, handling various tasks to support daily operations.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and managing schedules.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish when necessary.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competent typing skills for efficient documentation and correspondence.
- Quick Books experience is a plus
