Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Booking and Human Resources departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and data-driven tasks.
Responsibilities
Booking and Accounts Payable:
- Enter vendor invoices and process approved payments.
Human Resources:
- Ensure all employee forms are completed and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain access to timekeeping and scheduling platforms for employees.
- Accurately input data for performance metrics, such as performance ratios.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR a college degree in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with project coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar and other office management tools.
- Previous administrative experience preferred, especially in finance or accounting roles.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

- 8 hour shift
