Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Booking and Human Resources departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and data-driven tasks.

Responsibilities
Booking and Accounts Payable:

  • Enter vendor invoices and process approved payments.

Human Resources:

  • Ensure all employee forms are completed and up-to-date.
  • Manage and maintain access to timekeeping and scheduling platforms for employees.
  • Accurately input data for performance metrics, such as performance ratios.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR a college degree in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Experience with project coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Outlook Calendar and other office management tools.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred, especially in finance or accounting roles.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
