What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Keeping Everyone Happy on Payday):

✅ Processing payroll (weekly and bi-weekly) with 100% accuracy.

✅ Making sure wages, bonuses, and deductions are correct.

✅ Handling payments for 401k, taxes, child support, and more.

✅ Managing employee timekeeping and attendance records.

✅ Answering payroll questions and solving discrepancies like a pro.

✅ Keeping up with payroll tax laws—because the IRS is not someone we want knocking on our door.

✅ Running payroll reports and making sure the numbers make sense.

✅ Collaborating with HR and other departments to keep things smooth.

What We Need From You:

✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✔ 5+ years of payroll experience (and a deep love for accuracy).

✔ 5+ years of payroll experience managing 100+ FTEs (because handling a big team’s pay is no small task).

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations—because compliance matters.

✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel (because spreadsheets and numbers are your playground).

✔ Detail-oriented mindset (because in payroll, details = everything).

✔ Problem-solving skills (for those unexpected payroll curveballs).
