We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. Experience within the automotive industry is preffered. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks including, scheduling appointments, receiving and issuing payments to vendors, and updating files throughout a job's duration.
- Order parts and manage supplies necessary for business and office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or front desk operations.
- Previous expereince in the automotive industry is a plus.
