Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Property

Management experience to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be

responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account

reconciliations, and assisting with budgeting and tax preparation. If you are

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting
  • software.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales,
  • receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely
  • manner.
  • Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring proper documentation
  • and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports for reimbursement.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting financial
  • practices.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
  • for improvement.
  • Prepare and file Sales Tax.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete other tasks, as assigned by management.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in using Excel
  • Experience with account reconciliation and bank statement analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
  • Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
