Vintage Grey LLC is a small, yet growing, Tennessee-based company (100% virtual/remote) specializing in bookkeeping services for U.S-based interior designers. We utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO). We provide quality bookkeeping services by:

Work Time Zone:
- Our company hours are 8AM – 3PM Central Time, Monday – Friday. The ideal work schedule for this position is during our regular business hours for the 1st through the 15 of the month from 15-30 hours per month, depending on desired workload and available work. There may be opportunity to customize your hours based on your schedule for the correct candidate. Possible consideration for increased hours and/or promotion paths as the company and client-list grows.
Home Office Requirements:
- High-speed, reliable internet access
- A quiet, private, secure work location (such as inside your home)
- Up-to-date laptop/computer with web camera; dual monitors (preferred)
- Must reside in Tennessee
Other Requirements:
- We are looking for a candidate who desires to be a dedicated team member as an EMPLOYEE and has no desire to own a bookkeeping business themselves.
- QBO ProAdvisor Certification or QBO ProAdvisor ADVANCED Certification a PLUS
- Prior remote work experience is a PLUS
- Must provide proof of Tennessee residency
Work Description:
- Perform behind-the-scenes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeping tasks for 10-20 interior designer client accounts. This will not be a client-facing position. You will report directly to a Senior Bookkeeper.
- Classify transactions
- Create rules
- Create journal entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with one-off tasks for cleanup jobs
- Complete Asana tasks by due dates
- Create/update instructions for new/changed tasks
- Track time; enter daily by task
- Attend occasional team meetings virtually
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour with potential to increase to $20.00 - $25.00 within three months of proven exceptional work performance.
Tentative start date of employment: As soon as possible. Employment contingent upon proof to Tennessee residency.
