North Indy Pro Painters is looking for a highly motivated, experienced assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. We’re a fast-growing painting company looking for someone who knows how to pick up the phone, read a script with confidence, and get results. This is NOT an entry-level position.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound cold calls to warm and cold leads using our proven script

Confidently read pitches and handle common objections

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Track conversations and updates in CRM (Googlesheets)

Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude

Bonus: Answer basic painting-related questions (not required but helpful)

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of cold calling or phone-based sales experience

Excellent communication skills and reading clarity

Strong objection handling and active listening

Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Comfortable using CRM systems, phone dialers, and scripts

Bonus: Experience in the painting industry or construction trades

Compensation:

$20/hour

Schedule:

Flexible remote work, but availability during business hours is required.
