Bookkeeper for Property Management
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServicesProperty management company in the North Hills is seeking a full time bookkeeper. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be computer proficient, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Compensation will be dependent upon the level of experience and skills the candidate possesses.
Experience:
- Previous experience recording payables and receivables
- Property management bookkeeping experience preferred but not required
Daily duties:
- Recording of accounts receivable for managed properties and homeowners’ associations
- Process utility and vendor invoices for managed properties and homeowners’ associations
- Assist property accountant and property managers with tenant and property owner inquiries
Skills:
- Ability to organize large volumes of transactions
- Track expenditures and receipts to ensure timely processing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
