Bookkeeper for Property Management

Property management company in the North Hills is seeking a full time bookkeeper. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be computer proficient, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Compensation will be dependent upon the level of experience and skills the candidate possesses.

Experience:

  • Previous experience recording payables and receivables
  • Property management bookkeeping experience preferred but not required

Daily duties:

  • Recording of accounts receivable for managed properties and homeowners’ associations
  • Process utility and vendor invoices for managed properties and homeowners’ associations
  • Assist property accountant and property managers with tenant and property owner inquiries

Skills:

  • Ability to organize large volumes of transactions
  • Track expenditures and receipts to ensure timely processing
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
