Part-Time Construction Administrative Assistant

H1 Building Group is a construction company focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As we expand into new markets, we're looking for a reliable and organized administrative assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule inspections, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Organize and upload job site documents (permits, plans, inspection reports)
- Track and follow up on project deadlines and punch lists
- Manage email communication with clients, vendors, and municipalities
- Assist with invoice collection, entry, and light bookkeeping
- Maintain CRM and project management systems
- Provide general admin support to the project manager and owner
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in construction, real estate, or trade office support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using Outlook, spreadsheets, CRMs, and project tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who works well independently and meets deadlines
- Bonus: Experience with permitting processes and working with local municipalities
