Accounts Payable Analyst

This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in AP and a desire to grow into broader financial responsibilities over time. Core Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
- Verify invoice details and ensure correct coding to General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process vendor payments on schedule.
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve any discrepancies or questions.
- Assist with maintaining accurate AP records and files.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
