As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to support our finance team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in AP and a desire to grow into broader financial responsibilities over time. Core Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify invoice details and ensure correct coding to General Ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments on schedule.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve any discrepancies or questions.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate AP records and files.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
